- Technical lead for TIF DS Apps support migration. #16 web applications have been transferred to India and Philippines , coordinated / animated knowledge transfer sessions. Significant cost reduction with team optimization.
- Architected infrastructure to support Performance and Power simulation jobs for external customers (Google, Amazon,…) Team : OPBU Sysarch/EUCAD , Platform : Apache 2.2, PHP 5.3 Mysql 5, Python 2.5, Eclipse.
- Architected new collaborative project management solution based on ActiveCollab product, deployed intranet prototype. Next step (2012) will be the deployment into the DMZ for external collaboration.
- Continued to promote requirements management system (Based on IBM Doors) deployment ~600 users as of end of 2011, engineered remote access from Embassies, worked on application response time improvement.
- WBU Techladder application support, managed new enhancements rolled out for 2011. Total community 1800 persons
- Migrated several services including Twiki, Subversion, Websvn for European Customer Application Support team from N’hampton to Nice network.
- Technical lead to deploy main Design Systems customer portal (help.design.ti.com) based on Dokuwiki . Customized template and Implemented several plugins bringing value to content authors.
- Animated ‘Technical Challenges’ sharing sessions within Design Systems Tech Ladder community.
