• Setup of IT infrastructure (local Sophia and London datacenters) in a stretched amount of time
• Setup of new building with ramp up of FMAP activity from 0 to 75 people in 2 months and integration of M&C team (35 people) with a move to the new building without business disruption nor plant closure.
• Deployed employee and physical security to protect Samsung IP’s and assets
• FMAP Site Startup / New building,IT Infrastructure setup, Slough Datacenter setup
• Defined architecture to build and load Windows image on 80 workstations (55 desktops + 25 laptops)
• Automated IP addresses management system using DHCP
• Deployed Intranet infrastructure to serve main web site as well as HR/Finance/IT web sites
• Deployed Wiki’s for FMAP teams
• Enabled infrastructure (Web / Database / Revision Control system) to support Poesis Application (SOC Architecture Power management tool)
• Created Linux accounts and storage file systems for the entire FMAP team
• Installation of latest versions of EDA tools
• Installation of EDA vendors license files (multiple temp and several permanent)
• Grid Training classes to FMAP community
